How do I track my order?

You will receive an Order no. & tracking ID once your order is placed. You can track the status of shipment directly on our partner site. If you wish further information, you may share the order no with us via email.

What are shipping charges?

A shipping charge of 100 is applicable for order value less than INR 2000

Since we despatch orders from one location shipping charge is against per order and not per item which means that multiple items in same order will not be charged shipping separately.

How do I check if my area is serviceable?

Our logistic partners have a coverage of more than 27,000 pin code locations across India.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. We ship to the following countries/locations: USA & Canada, Australia; Middle East countries; Singapore & Malaysia; UK & EU

What is the normal duration for my order to be delivered?

Shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

Normally it takes a maximum of 7-10 days for shipment. Orders that are exclusively made might take longer however our team will notify you in case any delay.

How are the orders delivered?

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mondays through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Sometimes the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions etc.

What is the return policy?

Any product ordered can be returned to us within 7 days of delivery date provided we are notified regarding the desire to return within 24 hours of delivery. We request you to maintain the condition of the product and inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email. The product(s) shall be reviewed by our incoming inspection team and once your return is approved we will arrange the refund/exchange/replacement as per the process.

How do I return a product. Will you be able to pick it up?

Yes. You will have to notify our logistic partner about your availability so that they will arrange to collect it back.

Can I cancel my order after making the payment?

Yes, you can but we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the order is already shipped and is out for delivery.

How many days will it take for me to get refund?

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund and it will be processed in 24-48 business hours. You will get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment.

I received a product but now I think I liked the other one better. Can I exchange?

We would request you to order it separately and place a return request for the item received by you through the return request process.

I made a payment but it failed.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Are you sure you won’t spam?

Your customer care is not 24×7. How do I communicate?

Does Binni have a retail out let?

No. We are an online portal and do not have a retail outlet.
